In 2003 Wirtschaftsclub Düsseldorf was founded by four Düsseldorf-based businessmen. It is a private business club modelled on the British Directors Club. Its members are leading businessmen, politicians, scientists, renowned journalists and writers. It is the club s philosophy to bring people in different lines of business together and enabling them to discuss matters of mutual interest.
